This is an Electrical Engineer OEM position. The candidate will support Aegis Ashore Poland (AA PL)site located in Redzikowo, Poland. The candidate will support the operation & maintenance (O&M) of all AA PL equipment and associated facilities such as the DH, DHSB and launch facility in PL from ILO of individual systems. Candidate will provide overall electrical engineering OEM support for the equipment and systems installed in the DH/DHSB and launch facility and shall perform and support activities involving planning and coordination, technical assessments, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, installations, repairs, modifications, testing, start-up fault isolation and corrective actions (HVAC, cooling pumps systems, controls, electrical, plumbing electrical distribution-high voltage, controls, etc). Additionally, the Candidate will:• Attend on-site Government provided training for expected responsibilities. • Interface with MDA leadership to plan and execute operations and maintenance activities at the Aegis Ashore site in PL in addition to assessing and responding to emergent need requests. • Be able to prepare plans and schedules in conjunction with the planning and scheduling activities. • Comply with all applicable corporate and government policies relevant to the assigned positions.Basic Qualifications:Working experience and knowledge of:• Able to repair, install, and conduct maintenance of plant Mechanical equipment systems.• Diesel generators. • 400 Hz static frequency converters. • Low pressure air compressors. • Low pressure air dehydrators. • Chilled water air conditioning units. • Power distribution systems and 60 Hz converters.• Fire extinguishing equipment.• Maintenance activities and overall operations and support of mechanical systems.• Must remain flexible for missions, testing, and emergencies.• Previous experience preferred Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
