IES Commercial, Inc. - Commercial & Industrial Division, seeking full-time Industrial Electrical Foreman in Fort Lawn, SC.Job Summary* Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements.* Routinely wears a tool belt and performs construction craft work as part of regular job duties.* Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.* Confirms completion and documentation of project Daily, Weekly & Monthly safety activities reporting.* Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.* Interprets company policies to workers enforcing safety regulations, and proper care for tools and equipment.* Analyzes and resolves work problems.* Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.* Travel may be required.Qualifications* Minimum 4 years'' industrial electrical construction experience plus 2 to 4 years electrical foreman supervisory experience.* OSHA 30* Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles* Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check when applicable per customer contract pany Overview: IES Commercial, Inc. - Commercial & Industrial Division, a subsidiary of IES Holdings, Inc.
