Our global brands are an indispensable part of life for people in more than 175 countries.CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT SALES ASSOCIATEWork Type: Full-timeLocation: Cincinnati, OHStart Date: July 2023The Associate Customer Business Partner:* Acts as the Salesperson responsible for partnering with a specific retailer, to create and execute strategies that deliver K-C brand and category growth* Engage cross functional partners in Finance, Supply Chain, Category Management, Shopper Insights and Shopper Marketing to create joint business plans* Is tasked with achieving annual sales, profit and share targets* Is responsible for forecasting base and promotional shipment volume for designated categories* Demonstrates Analytical and Category Management capabilities* Understands and leads the execution of the annual business planning process including knowledge of the brand vision and strategy, aligning to the retailer strategy* Executes routine business reviews and sales performance analysis* Acts as an active participant in the performance management process including feedback and coaching for top tier performanceThe ideal candidate will possess strong communication and collaboration skills, demonstrate a natural curiosity to lead while analyzing data to derive insights and recommendations.
