Knowledge Management Specialist with Security Clearance

Job Description Position: Senior Knowledge Management Specialist Location: Columbus, OH Clearance: Active Secret clearance Summary:ASRC Federal Communications is looking for a Senior Knowledge Manager to support our Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) Consolidated Provisioning program with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). The DISN includes networking services supporting the DoD and includes transport fiber, circuits, and associated services, and the overall objective is to consolidate circuit provisioning efforts encompassing Order Entry, Order Preparation, Solution Design, and Service Activation in support of our client. The ideal candidate will lead the design ofknowledgemanagement systems whileformulatinganddefiningsystemscopeandobjectives. Requirements Requirements: * Experience in Microsoft Office tools (word, powerpoint, excel)* Experience in defining knowledge content* Prepare detailed specifications for knowledge management programs* Manage the design of knowledge management user interfaces, site animation, and special knowledge management features* Experience working with organization web designers, data managers, and programmers to support and implement knowledge management program* Prepare operating models and guidelines for maintaining and ensuring content is current* Support in designing knowledge workflows and set knowledge priorities* Responsible for storing, managing and updating SOPs and assisting with process improvement initiatives* Socialization and training to various program stakeholders and partners on the knowledge management process* Assisting and the collection of date and preparation of contract CDRLs Education/Experience: * High School degree required/relevant bachelors degree preferred* 5 years of relevant experience* Government contracting experience is desired* Active Secret clearance
