Clinical Laboratory QA Coordinator

Monogram, part of Labcorp, is hiring a QA Coordinator to join its team in South San Francisco, CA! As an integral member of the Quality Department, this position is responsible for the overall support and maintenance of Monogram''s quality processes pertaining to sample investigations, internal audits, state reporting, proficiency testing, quality management reviews, and monthly indicators including the continuous assessment/improvement of related processes to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:Maintenance of the sample investigation process, its database, files and records.Supporting Monogram''s internal audit program Ensuring timely completion and transmission of state reportable data deliverablesSupporting the data gathering, assembly, review and trending of metrics for monthly KPI reporting and quarterly quality reviews.Maintenance of the Proficiency Testing (PT) program including required assay setup, coordination, investigation and reporting. Other responsibilities include:Processing and technical editing of controlled documents according to Monogram''s controlled document template and its reference policies and procedures. Includes processing of various documents such as SOPs, Forms, Tickets, Process Flows, Policies, Validation Protocols and Reports and other controlled documents.Participation in QA group planning and goal setting.
