As an analyst on our team, you''ll work with community studies leads, IC Programming decision-makers, and all aspects of the Intelligent Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Evaluation (IPPBE) processes to build an actionable plan for your client to achieve their goals. You''ll help your client to develop well-informed requirements. You''ll assist various study leads in making sure funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking, communication, and various fiscal year research. You Have: * 8+ years of experience working on various analytic products, including resource or intelligence, for the intelligence community (IC) programs or the DoD * Experience with presenting results to senior leadership in oral or written formats * Experience with conducting independent research and analysis and developing briefing materials for senior executives * Experience with conducting peer reviews and editing draft papers * Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel * Experience with the IC and its products, procedures, and computer networks * TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph * Bachelor''s degree Nice If You Have: * Knowledge of the Congressional Budget Justification Books (CBJB) * Knowledge of the IPPBE processes * Knowledge of IC and government financial systems * Ability to work within a team collaboratively * Possession of excellent technical writing skills * Master''s degree Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
