Imagery and Intelligence SME with Security Clearance

Job Number: R0138738 Imagery and Intelligence SMEKey Role: Drive growth in Booz Allen''s Command and Control ( C2 ) mission te chn ology business by leveraging expertise in DoD and industry networks to develop differentiated C2 mission critical solutions . Translate requirements from Joint Staff J2, J3, and J6 current and future strategic, operational, and tactical challenges facing the warfighter to business development initiatives. Provide te chn ical leadership to solve problems and enable the ability to architect future te chn ological solutions to create products and services to increase opportunities at the right time and in the right places. Basic Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience as an Imagery and Intelligence SME, including delivering large scale C2 solutions to clients in the JADC2 market * Experience with Multi-Domain C2 operations as active-duty military or military civilian personnel * Experience with military or intelligence community compartmented or sensitive activities and planning process, including MDMP, JOPES, or APEX * Experience with working on Joint Staff or OSD requirements * Experience in defining, designing, developing, and Fielding C2 solutions * Knowledge of C2 systems, including GCCS-J * Knowledge of Engagement Assessment Te chn iques, including Integrated Effects and Integrated Assessment * Knowledge of TBMCS, IBCS, AOC, Theater Level ISR, including Multi-INT Correlation and Fusion, Communications Systems, including SATCOM, Tactical Data Li nk s, and IP Based communications, including Wide Area and Local Area Networking, National-to-Tactical Systems relationships, access and use of Data-at-Rest and In-motion * Secret clearance * Bachelor''s degree Additional Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience working at Combatant Command level * Knowledge of the systems engineering management process and its implementation, as applied to the DoD acquisition processes throughout all life cycle phases * Knowledge of DoD policies on systems engineering, integrated product and process development ( IPPD ) , and integrated product team ( IPT ) management * Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code ( IaC ) , Platform-as-a-Service ( PaaS ) , Data-as-a-Service ( DaaS ) , ISR as-a-Service, Cross Domain implementation, Cloud implementations, including Enterprise-Public, Private, and Hybrid and on-prem instances, and Applications and Systems Security Assessment and Authorization environments * TS/SCI clearance * Master''s degree in Computer Science or Computer or Electrical Engineering Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.
