Advanced System Engineer with Security Clearance

Position Summary Odyssey is looking for an Advanced System Engineer . This is a full-time position at Schriever AFB, Colorado Springs, CO. This position will lead the development of objectives for the Joint Exercises with MDA and the Warfighter to influence the conduct of Wargames and to gather key insights to influence future architectures. Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: * Assess MD threats, capability gaps, challenges, needs and opportunities * Develop potential system mitigations and capability evolutions at the architecture level Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Citizenship: Must Be a US Citizen Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain an active Secret security clearance Education: Bachelor''s degree Years of Experience: 20 or more years of relevant experience OR, * Master''s degree with 12 or more years of relevant experience * Deep understanding of the current MDS architecture * Exercise and Wargame experience * Warfighter experience * Energetic, conscientious, collaborative, and self-starting Preferred Qualifications: Certification: CISSP Education: Master''s degree with 12 or more years of relevant experience * Ability to obtain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) clearance * Experience with application of modeling & simulation to defense architectures * Experience with High Performance Computing (HPC) * Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles, concepts, and tool LI-CG1 Company Overview Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, is an innovative small business committed to providing world-class technical, management, and training support services to government and public sector clients.
