The Business Systems team is responsible for building out the application infrastructure of the company so Anduril teams can execute at their highest level. Equipped with deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM, as our Salesforce Administrator you will focus on the overall support and maintenance of Anduril''s Salesforce instances, including, but not limited to, Requirement gathering, Design and Development/Customization, Integration, User Training, Documentation and regular platform maintenance etc. As part of that support, you''ll collaborate with stakeholders across our internal support teams as well as the business stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee Anduril''s Salesforce instance, troubleshoot issues and develop solutions in co-ordination with the Growth, Finance and other user groups* Partner with the internal development teams to translate business requirements into large scale initiative involving customizations of the Salesforce Platform and integrations with other Business systems across the Anduril eco-system* Create and Manage a roadmap for Salesforce Implementations and Integrations* Day-to-day maintenance including: defect resolution, maintenance of the security access model, supporting and training users, handling user queries, building customer reports/dashboards* Documenting processes, creating user documentation and provide training to users* Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and cleansing duplicates REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM in an administrator capacity with direct experience using Flows, Sharing Rules, Permissions, Sets/Groups and Data Loader. * Demonstrable experience in Salesforce Lightning platform* Experience implementing, customizing, integration and maintaining a Salesforce instance for a B2B or B2G company preferred* Demonstrated systems delivery and project management experience, including requirements gathering, analysis design, testing, deployment, training, documentation and delivery* Ability to take complex business requirements and translate them into simple and actionable workflows for the user community* Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve user issues, and work autonomously to solve problems* Ability to manage Salesforce Code Migration, document configuration changes and monitor overall health of the system* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills Anduril is an equal-opportunity employer, and we encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
