The role develops and drives the product vision and strategy for the Multifamily Data Platform and is responsible for all aspects of data delivery for several internal customers and product teams from multiple business linesUnderstanding the Data and Drive Data Delivery - Realize what information is required and when... whether that information is shared between systems, people, or a combination of the two and how it is used to deliver data solutions QualificationsCollege degree or equivalent work experience5+ years'' experience in Business Systems Analysis, Data Analysis, and working in Data Delivery3+ years'' experience as a Product OwnerRequires strong data analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information about said data with attention to detail and accuracyData analysis skills to support data mapping, data querying, and profilingExperience working in Agile project delivery methodology and Agile tools such as JIRA and TFSExcellent verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of the mortgage industry, preferably commercial or multifamily real estate (origination, underwriting, securitization, servicing, and asset management)Nice to have skills - Agile Certification, Data Management Training, Feature and User Story Grooming,Experience with Data Technologies like NoSQL Databases - MongoDB - provided by Dice
