Job Description

The Alaka''ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a potential need for technical and subject matter expert support for Kenner Army Health Clinic (KAHC) out of Fort Lee, VA. Personnel will provide support to ensure KAHC''s requirements for Help Desk and LAN/WAN support are met. Specifically, the IMD is tasked to provide LAN/WAN Network Management, Desktop Support, SharePoint Administration, Software support, and Help Desk Support. Support areas include system management, technical administration, maintenance, and end-user support for approximately 550 to 600 clients, comprising of approximately 800 devices. POSITIONS INCLUDE: * IT Project Manager: * Must have a Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study, or eight 8 or more years related experience. * Must have a 'SECRET'' security clearance to allow Privilege Level (root, administrator, or super-user account(s) and authenticator) access to network and computer systems (e.g. desktop clients, Servers, switches, etc.) in Non-classified Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network (NIPRNET) environment. * Serves as IT Operations Manager for KAHC. * Develops major IT plans and programs for KAHC. * Must obtain appropriate Computing Environment (CE) certification for the operating system(s) and/or security related tools/devices they will support. Computing Environment certification shall be in accordance with Department of Defense directive 8570.01-M, Information Assurance Training, Certification, and Workforce Management, and must be maintained throughout the contract period. Must have a minimum of two years of client support in current working Microsoft Windows based environment, but Contractor employees will have to maintain CE certification as the command migrates to newer releases. Contractor employees shall have Six (6) or more years in designing and deploying systems in a Microsoft Windows environment. * Senior Systems Administrator: * Must have a Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study, or eight 8 or more years related experience. * Must have a 'SECRET'' security clearance to allow Privilege Level (root, administrator, or super-user account(s) and authenticator) access to network and computer systems (e.g. desktop clients, Servers, switches, etc.) in Non-classified Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network (NIPRNET) environment. * Must obtain appropriate Computing Environment (CE) certification for the operating system(s) and/or security related tools/devices they will support.
