Altamira is seeking a mid-level OA Synthesist to support the collection, analysis and dissemination of data regarding U.S. adversary capabilities at our client''s Ft. Belvoir, VA location.. Position Description: The candidate must be experienced in research, analysis, critical thinking, design thinking, opportunity analysis, and data science. A comprehensive knowledge of analytical and evaluative techniques and methods. Knowledge of the Intelligence Community''s (IC) principle collection, analytical and production component. Knowledge of CWMD activities, plans, programs, intelligence, doctrine and policy. Comprehensive written and oral communication skills. Required Education/Experience: 5-7 years relevant experience with a BS degree in a relevant technical area. Security Clearance: TS/SCI Altamira is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
