Job DescriptionSymetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Product Marketing Manager!About the roleIn the Life Insurance Marketing Manager position, you''re a key role within Symetra''s Corporate Marketing Department and Symetra''s Individual Life Division. You will be responsible for creating compelling marketing materials and campaigns designed to drive life insurance sales through brokerage general agencies, independent marketing organizations and institutional markets. Bring your strong understanding of the life insurance, sales process and the various target distribution markets.ResponsibilitiesBuild and implement communication plans for new products and product enhancements.Create and execute product-specific and needs-based marketing campaigns to increase sales across channels.Serve as a lead copywriter for the development of print and online collateral materials. Work with Brand Development for copy editing, design and print production of collateral materials.Track, analyze and report on results of marketing programs and campaigns.Managing and executing projects. Check out our Symetra Benefits OverviewCompensationSalary Range: $86,600 - $144,700 plus eligibility for annual bonus programRequirementsYour education, experience and skills Bachelor''s degree in marketing, communications or related field required.Minimum of 10-years experience in the development of marketing materials and campaigns within the insurance/financial services industry.Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Strong project management skills. Must have the ability to meet frequent tight deadlines. Strong relationship-building skills. Adaptable, flexible, with an ability to multitask.
