Operation Analytics organization is hiring a Data Analyst who will be responsible for day-to-day report operations, including data ingestion, analysis, modeling, report creations and distributions. This position will be in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, process-oriented, works effectively with multi-functional teams, in addition to strong written and verbal communication skills. Job Responsibilities: Write advanced programs in SQL, Python to extract, manage, manipulate large datasets across multiple data sources. Works with authorities, architects, and developers on understanding subject area data and building reports Develop dashboards to deliver practical insights using Tableau/MicroStrategy Applies existing dashboards, tools, and data sources to anticipate and evaluate potential challenges and opportunities. Perform deep dive analysis to effectively translate raw data into concrete results and recommendations. Participates in discovery processes with partners to identify the business requirements. Partner with other teammates to implement data-driven solutions for addressing team member needs and problems. Develops ad-hoc reports as necessary. Responsible for documenting related to reports, processes, flow charts and work instructions. Minimum requirements: 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a similar role. Minimum of 4 years of experience with SQL and in reporting tools like Tableau or MicroStrategy. 2+ years of experience in Project Management. Good communication and interpersonal skills to translate business requirements into complex analysis and actionable insights Strong presentation skills Agile experience Bachelor''s degree required Technical Skills: Strong SQL Skills Python or R BI Tool Excel & Power Point Hadoop Spark SQL Knowledge Preferred: AML/Compliance experience SAS knowledge Benefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day.
