Selectek is seeking a Site Development Project Manager to use project management expertise to oversee staff processes and procedures, client relations, time schedules, deliverables, and quality performance to successful completion of wireless site development.Required:5+ years wireless industry experience with previous project management responsibilitiesTravel may be requiredValid driver s license requiredExcellent communication skills; ability to explain issues clearlyDemonstrated ability to lead and inspire a highly interdependent team of individual contributorsHighly organized and disciplined with proven time management skillsReal Estate license preferredThorough understanding and experience completing both new build and site modification projects for wireless sites preferredStrong computer background, MS Office, especially Word and Excel preferredUS Citizen or ability to work for any US employer without Visa sponsorshipJob Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations and administrative activities related to a particular project single or multiple projects.Coordinate accurate, up-to-date reporting of project status, scheduling, and planningManage schedule and progress of Site Acquisition deliverables. Establish quality assurance methods, procedures, and standards.Supervise the progress of site acquisition and land use planning staff progress relative to assigned projectsPrioritize and provide direction, and guidance, project support and leadership to Site Acquisition and Zoning Specialists as well as conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with project staff to review individual site progressManage site selection from a Real Estate viewpoint while coordinating with the Design, Zoning, RF Engineering and Construction Management TeamsAssist in the development of master real estate agreements including Lease Documents, Option Agreements and Letters of AuthorizationOversee the finding of suitable site candidates, review preliminary site documentation, review negotiated terms of the standard lease or option agreement with property owner, report the negotiation issues to the client, review letter of explanation describing every deal point for completenessCoordinate with other managers, consultants, and contractors on project to ensure quality performanceDemonstrate professionalism while actively participating in project, deployment, and client meetingsOversee project financials, including managing billing and receivable processPrimary Client contact. Build and maintain superior client relationsEnsure project team is using Jacobs and client reports, accounting systems, and other administrative work accurately and on scheduleBuild a positive, committed team that understands the impact of their efforts on the overall businessSponsorship: NoPay Range: $38/hour - $50/hour ($79, 000 - $104, 000 annual salary depending on experience level)Term of assignment: 6-month temp to permLocation of Job: Northern CA/RemoteHours& Shift: Monday - Friday 8AM 5PMWFH: YesRemote: Yes (need to be in Northern California though)Overtime: Not expectedTravel: Some to local jurisdictionsWork Attire: Casual (Remote)Does the client require a background check/drug screen?
