Seeking an experienced contingent workforce professional who enjoys the dynamic space of contractor management and can deliver a high-touch, personalized experience for Deloitte contractors and across internal clients and stakeholders.Work you''ll doUnder the direction of the Contingent Workforce Management Lead, the Senior Specialist will serve as subject matter expert and primary point of contact for contractors and the business. The Senior Specialist will provide guidance to internal stakeholders in designing a tailored recruiting approach to achieve demand. Role may provide opportunity to manage large straight-forward projects (e.g., established, on-going initiative) or small but more complex projects (e.g., a new program that touches multiple businesses).Understand hiring needs and partner with direct sourcing teams to develop creative strategies and delivery models to achieve goals.Leverage experience and technical subject matter expertise to resolve and/or make recommendations on complex issues with minimal direction from Contingent Workforce Lead Specialists.Work with other Specialists and vendors to prepare interviewers for interviews, transitioning relevant candidate-specific information; ensure interviewers are trained on interviewing techniques.Finalize candidate selection, work with vendors on approvals and manage any complex negotiations pertaining to project specifications or other client flow-downs.Oversee and engage with vendors to ensure proper communication and feedback is shared during talent selection life cycle. Manage ongoing candidate relationship from offer acceptance to start date.Respond to third party supplier and agency inquiries.Provide second level Specialist support tracking and fulfilling contractor sourcing/onboarding requests using the SAP Fieldglass vendor management system.Continuously build and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders.Team and collaborate with all areas of the Talent Organization to present a unified approach with internal stakeholders.Direct offshore teams on SAP Fieldglass fulfillment requests.Provide mentoring and guidance to junior level Specialists.The ideal candidate will possess:Ability to quickly acquire solid understanding of relevant firm businessesAbility to quickly acquire strong knowledge of the firm''s recruiting policy, procedures, and systemsConsultative approach toward clientsAbility to influence others, build strong relationships and networksThe TeamThe Contingent Workforce Management team centralizes the management of external contractors and vendors to deliver direct sourced, non-employee, alternative, contingent talent solutions for Deloitte project teams. Our team''s goal is to avoid risk, reduce spend, improve efficiencies, and enhance the quality of vendor relationships and their respective products and/or services.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor''s Degree: Typically requires a minimum of 3 years related experience preferred in Human Resources or in Contingent Workforce programsIntermediate vendor management software skills (e.g., Avature, Fieldglass)Proficient Microsoft Office skillsStrong understanding of contingent workforce solutions or recruitingAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environmentAnalytical decision-making and problem-solving skillsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futurePreferred:Previous contingent workforce management experience strongly preferred.Previous professional services experience preferred, but not required.For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $71,000-$131,000.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.EA_ExpHire
