NOW OFFERING A $1000 SIGN ON BONUS!!!May Institute is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of children and youth (ages 2-21) diagnosed with autism and their families. As part of a team, you will learn innovative teaching skills and work directly with children and youth to teach them communication, social skills, play skills, daily living skills, and safety skills to help them lead full and independent lives. Instruction could occur in a child''s home, at school, at a May Institute center, or in other community settings depending on the needs of the individual. You may work 1:1 with a child or in small groups with multiple children. You will be trained in state-of-the-art instruction based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and receive supervision and support from an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Individuals currently certified as Registered Behavior Therapists (RBT) are preferred and paid a higher rate.
