They also monitor the process and the quality of the product and makes necessary corrections to the process in order to maintain a steady flow of quality product to the customer.Requirements:Knowledge of die casting and inspectionStrong mechanical/technical aptitudeGood communication and teamwork skillsGood attendance record, must be reliable/dependable1+ years of experience preferred___________________________________________ALL NEW WAGE STRUCTUREStarting pay up to $18.00/hrEarning potential of $23.85/hr. after 2.5 yearsQuarterly Incentive Program (earning potential of $450 per quarter)$2,000 Sign on Bonus401K w/ Company MatchBenefits after 60 days
