The Clinical Educator/Supv, RN completes the staffing schedule for all campuses, performs nursing audits as required by nursing leadership. The Clinical Educator/Supv, RN reviews clinical data and provides follow up with involved parties responding in a timely manner to incident reports. The Clinical Educator/Supv, RN identifies opportunities for safety and work-flow enhancements based on these results. The Clinical Educator/Supv, RN provides education for new equipment, procedures, and standards and creates a plan for implementation. The Clinical Educator/Supv, RN attends the nurse supervisor-educator meetings, engages nursing staff for committee participation, monitors nurse certification participation and standards, assists with magnet re-designation, and develops nursing competencies. The Clinical Educator/Supv, RN is responsible for interviewing candidates and recommends new staff for hire.
