Together, we''re redefining an industry in desperate need of a shakeup.SummaryThe Shipping & Receiving Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks in the parts warehouse to include, shipping, receiving, inventory stocking, load/ unload trucks. This position is a member of the branch level parts team and should strive to obtain the highest levels of customer satisfaction and department performance while assuring that company processes and procedures are followed, and non-conforming conditions are corrected.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Maintain a safe and clean work environmentShip inventory as indicated on sales orders/pick ticketsReceive inventory per receiving and system guidelinesStock inventory timely and in accordance with warehouse layoutSafely load and unload trucks as requiredUsing key metrics provided by leadership, evaluate personal and operational performance.Participate in mid-year and annual performance evaluation reviews Requirements: Qualifications & CompetenciesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
