Featuring such popular brands as Bosch, Dremel, and Rotozip, we offer opportunities to reinforce our strong reputation for quality, grow new business, and expand upon our existing relationships with some of the most influential distributors in power tools.Job DescriptionThe Shopper Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing plans specific to the Bosch tools customer relationship with our omni-channel retailers. The manager will focus on the delivering marketing activation around key promotions, campaigns, and other product initiatives.This includes the integration of the Bosch tools master brand position and campaign. This role is customer facing and will manage day-to-day partnership programs that will amplify Bosch''s reach and exposure through integrated co-marketing, online & offline merchandising, and brand collaborations.Key Responsibilities include:Partner with cross-functional internal teams to accomplish specific channel and customer objectives. Team members include Director, Key Account Managers, Field Sales, Channel Managers, Experiential Marketing and Brand Marketing Teams.Develop the shopper marketing strategy to meet company objectives around share growth, consumer experience and maximizing revenue.Creates customer-specific plans that strive to drive traffic, customer loyalty, and conversion. Work with Director of eCommerce to build overall Digital Shelf relevance with consumers, ultimately focused on driving consideration and conversion.Lead implementing the brand level visual merchandising strategy at our omni-channel retailer with their consideration in mind.Work with multiple vendors to coordinate and execute merchandising to support all omni-channel retailer activation. Manage budget and track all activities to gauge overall program ROI.This position is a hybrid role 40% in office.QualificationsShopper Marketing Consumer-first mindsetFundamental understanding of 360 integrated marketing approach (and full marketing funnel activation)Ability to assess and implement new product launches efforts into existing customer environment(s). Merchandising Experience with in-store bay resets, fixtures, promotional quarter pallets and managing multiple projects at a time. Project Management Demonstrated ability to manage multiple long-lead time projects effectively with a proven track record of success.Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead business unit initiatives.Detail oriented with strong organization skillsCommunications Ability to develop and effectively communicate project deliverables and status to ensure we build support internally for our partnerships.Experience in communicating to executive management
