Responsible for providing strategic direction in the development and execution of marketing strategies and programs which will enable growth and profitability. As a member of the leadership team, participates in broader company initiatives.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic marketing plans and programs to build brand awareness and ensure achievement of the company''s growth objectives and merchandise strategies.Lead Executive responsible for overseeing the successes of the Company''s digital footprint. Provide strategic counsel in defining and engaging targeted customer segments.Responsible for customer file growth, loyalty and CRM. Oversee the company''s marketing efforts across all digital and non-digital formats, including print, radio, TV, the internet, mobile, and events. Oversees all creative and product output.Lead the development of overall customer marketing strategy including defining customer needs, market segments, customer acquisition and retention plans, and promotional programs.Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.Develop and manage marketing operating budget.Responsible for driving cross-function alignment through effective communication and strong leadership.
