We are proud & honored to provide these services.Overview of position:FEDITC is seeking a Unix Systems Administrator to work in the Ogden, UT area. A United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.Responsibilities:Organizes and directs the configuration and operation of information management systems. Responsible for directing the work of other system administrators to provide the day-to-day system administration to include system and resource optimization, and user assistance.Conducts capacity and performance analysis and provides system configuration change and upgrade recommendations. Increases system administrator efficiency and accuracy via the use of automated tools and scripts, develops system administrator procedures, and conducts system administrator training and skills assessment. QualificationsEducation/Experience: BA/BS in a technical discipline with at least 5 years of experience.Minimum of five (5) years relevant Unix System Administration.Certifications: IAT Level II certification required. IA and OS certifications as outlined per DoD 8570/8140 requirement. 50 credits of continuing education certification required every three (3) years.
