ViiV develops and commercializes medicines to treat HIV and works solely with HIV stakeholders - healthcare providers, patients, pharmacy, payer and policy makers. The Product Manager, HCP HIV Marketing is responsible for leading development and execution of key HCP marketing activities and personal promotion tactics to help achieve brand goals for Dovato. The role will report to a Marketing Director on the brand team and be part of a team of 3 focused mainly on field force promotional resources and messaging.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:Lead key HCP-focused brand marketing activities and personal promotion tactics for Dovato in the U.S. Understand complex trends and behaviors in the therapeutic category (e.g., through primary and secondary market research), to effectively lead the development, approval and deployment of HCP marketing materials, including electronic detail aids, printed leave behinds, and e-mails Active management of agency partners, especially our Creative Agency of Record; evaluate and set project budgets, work with agency/finance to ensure progress according to budgetManage projects through the Copy Approval system and process Consistently establish detailed timelines and manage projects to those timelinesFoster strong, collaborative relationships with internal cross-functional teams, especially Copy Approval team, Medical Affairs, and Digital marketing, and external partners to align objectives across multiple groups and influence outcomes Play key role in interacting with Sales, Sales Leadership, and Sales Training, including contributing to development of training and effective roll-out of new field force promotional materialsSupport planning for new clinical data including partnering with Medical Affairs and Insights & Analytics team on market research and taking lead on development/delivery of specific tactics Build consensus by involving others in decisions that impact them; handle controversial issues proactively, responsibly, and tactfullyWhy you?Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Arts degree or related fieldMinimum 3 years'' experience in the Biopharmaceutical IndustryMinimum 2 years'' experience in Marketing requiredPreferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Graduate Degree level (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 years'' experience leading and influencing matrix teamsPharmaceutical sales and/or sales management experienceExcellent communication skills (written & verbal), with the ability to communicate and present effectively to groups and sales / marketing leadershipProven experience managing agency partnersPractical experience with prescription brand marketing principles across channels, including sales force delivered, websites, and other non-personal advertising to HCPsProven ability to utilize customer insights to drive marketing decisionsExperience in Copy Approval (Medical, Legal, Regulatory review) processesAbility to influence across various levels and within various functions - sales, training, medical, market research, and brand marketingProven ability to manage multiple priorities, and keep projects on track to meet deadlinesStrong project management and demonstrated analytical skillsKeen attention to detailKnowledge and practical application of compliance acumen in the pharmaceutical spaceWhy ViiV?Our values and expectations are at the heart of everything we do and form an important part of our culture.These include Patient focus, Transparency, Respect, Integrity along with Courage, Accountability, Development, and Teamwork.
