You''ll lead a team of channel experts and own the strategy, planning, and delivery of full-funnel campaigns that deliver on the revenue and business objectives of our core segments. You''re an insights-driven leader, a creative thinker, analytically motivated, and have a strong track record of delivering consistent results at a scaling company. You build cross-functional relationships easily and aren''t afraid to take risks. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and is the perfect opportunity for an experienced growth marketer who''s ready to take the lead at a fast-growing, mission-driven company. How you''ll make an impact: Drive customer acquisition and demand creation efforts by managing a team of performance marketing channel experts, analysts, and agency partners to scale paid and unpaid marketing campaigns across established and emerging growth channels. Hire, coach, and grow a group of talented channel experts within paid, web and lifecycle. Develop demand campaigns based on go-to-market plans and revenue targets. Determine campaign objectives, strategies and tactics including marketing channels, testing plans, metrics, dependencies, timelines and budget requirements. Manage marketing budget and forecasting in partnership with Finance and MarketingOps. Partner with Marketing Operations to establish and capture key demand metrics throughout the funnel, and evolve attribution models to fully capture Marketing''s impact on revenue. Own experimentation roadmap designed to improve conversion rates, account engagement, and pipeline creation. Establish key business KPIs and benchmarks and build out reporting frameworks for analyzing and communicating results. We''re looking for people who: 10+ years of digital marketing experience. 3+ years of experience directly managing others. Superior growth mindset with the proven track record of producing outstanding results and successfully delivering large global projects on time. Full funnel cross-channel performance marketing experience including paid and organic search, social, and display advertising, as well as lifecycle marketing; proven ability to significantly drive engagement and conversion. Ability to balance strategic vision and iterative, high-velocity execution. Experience in building, mentoring, and coaching a team of digital/growth specialists. Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships with and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization to deliver complex projects.
