We also execute with agility and measurable performance through best-of-breed solutions, centralization of key information and operations, and optimization of data, tools, people, and process.What you''ll do:Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive strategic marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of marketing strategy and execution, including the interplay of digital and offline channels to drive engagement, and enabling technologies that support Deloitte''s commercial sustainability offerings.Proactively contribute to the development of strategic messaging and positioning to differentiate Deloitte and advance awareness of capabilities, offerings, solutions and innovation across the broader organization and in the marketplaceSupport Deloitte''s Ecosystems & Alliances (E&A) business strategies and collaborates with some of the world''s leading technology providers to address business challenges and meet new market needs through the development of marketing strategies, campaigns, and activations.Strategize, support, and lead the execution of alliance-based events that span Deloitte''s business lines.Support alliance-based sales-enablement and GTM assets and collaborate with internal content and brand stakeholders to support internal/external educational efforts.Work closely with Deloitte''s business and industry lines'' marketers, US Brand team and Global marketers to leverage and scale opportunities and enhance brand recognition in the marketplace.Provide counsel, idea generation and consultation in support of Deloitte''s commercial sustainability offerings.Work closely with our in-house agency on the successful execution of campaigns, collaborate on strategy, best practices, and oversee the on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns.Work with the Public Relations team to amplify media coverage when applicable.Coordinate with the Internal Comms team to ensure internal/external consistency and maximize opportunities across businesses and industries.Develop and report metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success at the campaign, activity, and channel levels to inform future campaign tactics.Bring innovative thinking and best practices to all marketing activities.QualificationsRequired:8+ years of related experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing and communications strategy and planningDeep understanding of integrated marketing communications strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results, particularly for alliance-based marketing.Strong persuasive skills and able to gain consensus through influenceStrong negotiation and problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptabilityStrong technology understanding and solid knowledge of how to leverage events, sponsorships, social, digital, comms and PR within omni-channel campaign development for B2B audiences.Executive presence, professional client service manner, demonstrated ability to take initiativeAbility to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team, experience in a large corporate setting and/or professional services a plusTeam-oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet client expectations and deadlines across multiple projectsAbility to interact and communicate across a variety of stakeholder groups (technical subject matter experts to business owners), with ability to present complex information in easily understandable format and tailored to the audienceAbility to think both strategically and execute tacticallyBachelor''s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field; Advanced degrees preferredLimited immigration sponsorsip may be availableAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveEA_ExpHireEA_CMG_ExpHireExperiencedMERoles
