Work you''ll doThe Talent Acquisition Transformation Lead develops and directs the portfolio of Talent Acquisition (TA) transformational efforts aligned to the strategic priorities of TA leadership. The portfolio of projects is focused on improving recruitment processes, elevating delivery of services, aligning responsibilities and roles appropriately, etc.Responsibilities include:Work with TA leadership as a partner and expert advisor in TA-related strategies and an internal consultant in developing best practices and solutionsLead and direct a portfolio of TA projects aimed at designing for the future to continually improve recruitment processes and innovate delivery of servicesLeverage a balance of creativity and practicality to design, develop, and deploy, TA processes, and programs, including process design, assessments, organizational design efforts, process excellence, etc.Manage program/project charters including vision, governance model, high-level scope, goals, benefits, risk/issue management, change management and success metricsManage program dependencies between projects and milestonesProvide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program healthDevelop and maintain a structured communications plan for leadership and client updatesRepresent TA on Talent-related transformational efforts to ensure TA processes are part of the strategy, design, and implementationEffectively coach and mentor colleagues and provide opportunities for collaboration, development, and upskilling to enhance the experiences of the TA professionalsLead and direct performance management for teamThe teamThe Talent Acquisition team collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insight into the recruiting vision. The team advises on, implements, and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full-lifecycle recruitment recruiting services. Teams are aligned by business and type of hire - campus, experienced and Partner/Principal/Managing Director recruiting. This role sits on the TA Innovation & Solutions team within Talent Acquisition.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor''s degree in business or a related area or equivalent experienceMinimum 10 years of professional experienceMinimum of 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a strong understanding of recruitment processes including technologiesPrior experience in project management and deliveryMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futurePreferred:Experience influencing leaders and driving decision-making in a complex organizationAbility to think both strategically and tacticallyStrong stakeholder management, project management, and change management skillsExceptional communication and facilitation skills for audiences of all levelsAbility to own and drive complex, strategic solutions, be accountable for execution and outcomes, and make impactful decisionsThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
