Maintenance CMMS and Inventory Specialist

Position Overview:The CMMS and Inventory Specialist will be responsible for the computerized maintenance management system and the maintenance inventory management for Maronda Integrated Production Systems (MIPS) at our Sanford, FL Plant.Reports To: Maintenance SupervisorDuties and Responsibilities:Manage Maintenance Work Order SystemManage Control Parts InventoryAsset/Equipment managementMaintenance Department Record KeepingLogging all Technicians safety trainingLogging of Maintenance Purchase OrdersQualificationsExperience in Facilities Maintenance analytics, report writing and interpretation of maintenance dataExcellent analytical and organization skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointStrong written and oral communication and presentation skillsRequirements/PreferencesHigh school or equivalent (Required)Driver''s License (Required)Minimum 1 year of inventory management experienceCMMS: 2 years experience (Preferred), Work Conditions/Physical Requirements May be required to perform duties the Plant where it''s exposed to outdoor weather conditions.Ability to bend, kneel, walk for significant periods of time.Endurance and ability to visit entire job site, including stairs or other elevated structures.
