As a Deloitte Senior Manager, you will manage and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design and implement creative business and technology solutions. Applications include SAP S/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) across the following capabilities:FinanceSupply ChainCustomer and Sales OperationsTechnology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics)QualificationsRequired:12 years'' relevant experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting systems and processes in Consulting or Industry rolesExperience with one or more enterprise-level Financial Planning tool such SAP SAC-Planning, SAP BPC, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Onstream, Oracle Cloud EPM/Hyperion PlanningUnderstanding of and participation in all phases of full lifecycle implementationDemonstrated ability to lead discussions with Clients, SAP, SAP Partners, Developers, and ArchitectsExperience in managing and developing people and high performing teamsExperience leading presales, proposal, and RFPsExperience managing senior-level client relationshipBachelor''s degree or equivalentAbility to travel up to 50% based on work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serveDesired:Hands-on design experience and functional configuration with a Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting systemDemonstrated experience successfully leading at least 5 SAP implementations from planning through go-liveSAP SAC-Planning experienceSAP Finance/FICO experienceTechnical or functional lead on at least 1 full-lifecycle SAP implementationSolid understanding of the SAP ASAP methodology frameworkExperience deliveringMaster''s DegreeSAP23ep22ep22
