Leadership is not tied to a job title, i.e. you don''t need to be accountable for a team to be considered a leader.Role: Senior Enterprise ArchitectRoles & Responsibilities: The Senior Enterprise Architect is a technical leadership role responsible for architecting business solutions for Orora''s digital transformation. The architect will provide overall direction, guidance and definition of architecture programs that effectively supports business strategies and outcomes by engaging business leaders at all levels of the organization. The architect will utilize strong technical, functional and business process expertise in driving new technology initiatives and be able to implement innovative, robust and scalable solutions. The architect will provide oversight and leadership to facilitate the development of the future-state SAP architecture roadmaps and ensure its effective adoption.Principal Duties: Work with business leaders to define end state business processes Develop a multiyear strategy and roadmap for a cohesive architecture to integrate enterprise business systems around the SAP ERP system Leads the research and evaluation of emerging technologies to support changing business needs. Work directly with project stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle of multiple projects to define, design and implement robust technology solutions. Partners with peers across the IT organization to solve complex business problems including taking a lead role on the high-level solution options and design Essential Skills: Excellent leadership skills with a strategic vision. Detail oriented and excellent organizational, time and stress management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication (verbal, written) and customer-facing skills. Willingness to expand knowledge and skills to other technologies and solutions Required Experience: Thorough understanding of wide range of business processes 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, specifically with SAP ERP implementations 5+ years of experience in one of the SAP sub-domain areas of CRM, Sales & Distribution, Manufacturing, Supply chain, Warehouse Management. 5+ years of extensive hands on experience architecting business solutions using SAP technologies Solid hands-on experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of SAP based enterprise software applications Experience with SAP Hana, Salesforce, Ariba, Adobe/Magento, Integration solutions and cloud-based solutions will be a plus Strong Project Management capabilities Education: Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering.
