As DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR you''ll play a key role in executing the day-to-day marketing activities that support the on-site teams and communities. Both strategic and creative in your approach, you''ll work with the marketing, operations, sales and revenue to develop unique campaigns, guest experiences and community partnerships that drive revenue, grow brand awareness and align with the brand''s pillars of art, sustainability and community. It also ensures that they support the ideas of their teammates and help them achieve the goals they envisionExperience researching and promoting products and services online via blogs, social media, and website contentStrong writing skills to assist in writing email campaigns and doing a wide range of sales-related research and writingWorking knowledge of English composition, digital resources, and content-creation softwareHighly organized with the ability to toggle between tasks, projects, and meetingsManage marketing support tickets related to marketing systemsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentWork effectively in a team-based environment; Interact professionally with a highly diverse employee base on a regular and routine basisCore Responsibilities:The role of the Digital Marketing Coordinator is to support the leasing efforts, growth of the portfolio, implementing and optimizing acquisition and retention marketing plans.This role will also interact closely with Inland''s Director of Sales and Customer Experience to ensure we are delivering an unparalleled experience for our target audiences.Decide on appropriate placement of ads.Develop plan and initiative calendar/timeline for strategy for Director of Marketing and Development.Manage Pay Per Click advertising campaigns on Google.Develops internal content, Brand, and marketing programs to support the creation and delivery of marketing/brand programs for On-Site Teams, management, and Regional Property Managers.Manage editorial calendar, writing and producing original and timely pieces of content and coordinating the syndication of content.Manage and coordinate campaigns that drive customers to our websites and generate leads.Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms.Promote company through social media channels.Requirements:The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of real estate property marketing experience and/or a degree in marketing with exposure to residential property managementBachelor''s or other four (4) year degree from accredited college/universityHighly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignProficient in CRM platforms petent in WordPress, Canva, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.Experience in CSS, HTML, XML, and .NETKnowledge of apartment operations, real estate marketing concepts and other factors that affect occupancy, traffic, retention, pricing, and revenue preferred.We are a drug-free workplace.
