Job Description

We seek an Identity and Access Management Architect who can lead the design and development of a modern federated identity solution built on top of Azure Active Directory. You will be responsible for setting priorities and direction, mentoring, and designing a low-code/no-code federated identity solution. You will work closely with customer stakeholders, Developers, DevOps Engineers, Security Engineers, QA Engineers, Data Engineers and others in a highly collaborative environment. The team uses integrated human-centered design and quality assurance measures to implement highly modern, usable interfaces. Key Responsibilities:Creates high level reference architecture documentation to meet the technology needs of various stakeholdersResearches, Designs and implements identity management and federation technologies using SAML, OIDC and OAuth.Implements, improves, and augments infrastructure, application and security monitoring tools and overall platform stabilityMentors engineers and peersParticipates in the creation of strategic roadmaps by understanding the needs of the business and mapping technical objectives to those needsWorks autonomously to build customized solutions to meet the business needsEffectively communicates solutions architecture to management as well as to business stakeholders and the project teams Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in technological or related field with 8+ years of relevant technical experience or an MS in Computer Science and 3+ years of technical experienceSignificant experience designing, deploying, and supporting production federated identity and access management solutionsExtensive hands-on experience with Active Directory, LDAP, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, OAuth and Azure AD.Experience with continuous monitoring and logging of all applications layers and all infrastructure (e.g., New Relic, Splunk, CloudWatch)Experience with continuous alerting and notification based on monitors and logs (e.g. PagerDuty)Must live in the United States and be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Preferred Qualifications:Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure (in addition to Azure AD)Experience working in the healthcare industryFederal Government contracting work experience Professional Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to understand project requirements and be innovative in finding solutions in highly regulated government environments.Flexibility and the ability to accept a change in priorities and responsibilitiesDemonstrated time management skills.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
