To learn more about our company, visit Job DescriptionJob Summary : Program Management Lead is responsible for developing and managing a group of Program Managers (PMs), responsible for planning and executing client programs and managing client deliverables. Oversees and develops PMs who have various levels of experience in Program Management. The Lead is responsible for providing the PM team with guidance and feedback. The Lead provides strategic input and assists in troubleshooting issues and removing obstacles. The Lead is responsible for providing leadership to the team, focusing on meeting client objectives and deliverables. Essential Functions: Responsible for interviewing, hiring and training managers. On-going mentoring and coaching for PMs Resource planning Subject matter expertise on non-traditional program elements Support Program Managers with client escalations Internal contacts for SME level discussions with other departments Clearing internal roadblocks for completion of client-requested enhancements Lead quarterly PM meetings Responsible for hiring, mentoring, professional development and annual performance reviews for direct reports.Responsible for developing goals, providing feedback and/or areas of improvement needed. Responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and implementing quality initiatives Develop and expand client relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring all major deliverables are met.Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met. Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner. Collaborate within program management, BD and IT to ensure project implementation occurs and launch dates are met. Improve internal processes to ensure the team and organization are working effectively and efficiently to reach the same common goal. Facilitate client solutions for complex programs including assisting in developing client and internal process flows Provide ongoing client contact and support to ensure complete client satisfaction by creating and delivering quarterly client review meetings and action plans to address service-related issues.Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and ACCESS. Program/Account Management knowledge in co-pay and specialty products affordability solutions Superior written and verbal communication skills.Ability to successfully handle multiple large client and complex programs with little to no supervision. Demonstrates strong leadership in running large accounts with multiple teammates. Leadership skills, strong analytical skills, business acumen, team building, process orientation, customer focus and detail orientation Bachelors degree desired; business, management information systems, marketing or communications required. 7-10 years of healthcare industry, project/program management preferred. Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access. Pharmacy experience a plus. 2- 3 years experience managing direct reports. Detail-oriented, process oriented and controls oriented. Effective communication, collaborative, customer centric, innovative, accountable, compassionate.
