The role requires the Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate demand and awareness of our products and services across a broad portfolio of clients in the US/Canada region. The primary focus of the position is prospecting, qualifying, generating and closing sales leads to drive new business development opportunities while also developing your personal sales closing skills within the growth consulting industry. The BDE will work closely with one or more Senior Account Managers to provide Frost& Sullivans international client base with Business and Market Intelligence solutions for bespoke Consulting services, including Transactional support (M&A, IPOs, etc.). Consistently meet and exceed personal sales targets and activity quotas Generate and possibly close sales of all our service lines (Research services, consulting, and marketing solutions) to targeted clients within the Business & Financial services industries.Working with Senior Account Executives, maintain a continuous pipeline of viable opportunities that will generate such sales, measured against 30,60- and 90-day pipeline measurementsDevelop a sufficient understanding over time of the clients and the industry sectors that they are a part of.Utilize social networking tools including video (client intros & proposals) to identify and pursue new leads within assigned accounts/territoriesBuild and maintain client relationships with C-level executives within existing and new key accountsMake outbound prospecting calls and communicate via email and social media with C-level executivesEnter documentation regarding all client activities and communications into a company CRM in an accurate and timely mannerParticipate, as needed, in all aspects of the sale including; qualifying activities and client meetings, needs assessments, delivering formal presentations and proposals, and closing new businessConsult with clients to understand key requirements, strategic direction, and provide solutionsThrough proactive business development activities create relationship mapping for each organization with the goal of getting deeper and broader in your client engagementsExperience Required Minimum of 3+ years working in a related sales environment selling professional services, with a great track record of success in new business development & relationship management Strong CRM discipline, the ability to accurately maintain and forecast 30-60-90 pipeline.Ability to meet and exceed given targetsPrevious experience of gathering business relevant information and generating client interest from a telesales and social media approachExperience and/or general understanding within the Business & Financial services industry specifically, transaction process and decision-making within Investment Banking, M&A/Corporate Finance advisory, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Asset Management, etc. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and information in a professional business environmentExpertise in lead generation, through social media and other sourcesPrevious experience in outbound, fact-finding, and introductory business-to-business (B2B) calls as well as effectively communicating with clients and prospective clients via emailCompetencies ExpectedAbility to quickly learn new concepts and clearly convey this information to prospectsBe eager to learn and develop skills to further advance your sales career within the organizationMotivation to identify, generate, and close new business opportunities, grow existing accounts (up-selling and cross-selling solutions) and exceed targetsStrong business acumen with the ability to forge and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external clients and the ability to target new business Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills with complete fluency in the English languageAbility to work autonomously but also able to collaborate with local and global teams Experience working with CRM tools as well as MS Office and social media platforms-ie Linked In and Zoom platforms A consultative manner and an understanding of business to business service sales process/structureOther languages are advantageous, given that we work with clients globallyQualifications A degree level education or equivalent experience and professional sales training is desirable but not required.A competitive base salary plus a highly competitive commission structure (which is uncapped)Local benefits including best in class office location with many on site social facilities if not remote Best in class'' global team that strives for excellence An friendly open environment with a diverse and international operational focus A definite career path with numerous growth opportunities ID: 2022-2427 External Company Name: Frost & Sullivan Street: 7550 IH 10 West Is virtual work an option?: Yes
