CI/HU Program Manager Location: Reston, VA Department: Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Type: Full Time Minimum Experience: Experienced Security Clearance Level: Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly *The clearance level stated above must be met for consideration for this specific opportunity. Favor TechConsulting, LLC (FTC) is seeking a talented CI/HU Program Manager with extensive government experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Role Overview: FTC has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Intelligence Program Manager (TS//SCI with CI Poly) with Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Subject Matter Expertise. The program manager will lead a team of IT and Intelligence professionals supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency''s Directorate for Operations. This is a fast-paced, impactful, and challenging position that will require a flexible and adaptive leader. Responsibilities: * Responsible for the planning, executing, and evaluation of various IT and Intelligence projects* Responsible for the program management of multiple projects including budget, schedule, deliverables, and Client Relationship Management* Building and managing project teams, reporting to Project sponsors and ensuring quality control throughout project lifecycles* Perform as an advocate for the CI/HUMINT Community Coordination Program Office (C3PO) from initial design through completion* Oversee the performance of all assigned Contractor personnel for each project* Alongside CCO-4 leadership, ensure all contractor personnel assigned to the project are knowledgeable of the contract requirements, terms and conditions, deliverables, and schedule requirements* Plan, conduct, and manage multiple projects and/or task orders* Responsible for all aspects of contractor performance including technical, contractual, and administrative* Create project plans for a Task Order to achieve performance-based objectives, enhancing implementation, systems, and services* Participates in company internal and government external Program Management Reviews* Responsible for administrative requirements to include security, sub-contracts, hiring, talent management, personnel actions, etc.* Meet and engage with clients and stakeholders to establish relationships, understand requirements, and communicate accomplishments or issues* Ensure collaboration between the program and stakeholders* Identify opportunities for growth and supports business development efforts within the existing customer base and related agencies.* Participates in ad-hoc projects as required.Required Skills & Experience * 10 + years of program/project management within the Intelligence Community * 5 + years of experience as a Counterintelligence and/or Human Intelligence professional at the strategic level* Technical Writing (Intelligence, Data Science/Analysis, Big Data, IT)* Experience with CI and/or HUMINT IT Systems* Experience with Data Science, Data Analysis, and Big Data programs, processes, or concepts* TS//SCI with CI POLY* Recent experience/expertise within a DoD Combat Support Agency or IC member organization* Customer Focused, flexible, adaptive, dependable, and responsive with strong communication skillsProfessional Certification(s): N/A Formal Education: Bachelor''s degree or master''s degree Years of Professional Experience: 10 + years Desired Skills & Experience * Business DevelopmentProfessional Certification(s): PMP Formal Education: N/A Years of Professional Experience: N/A Additional Information: Favor TechConsulting (FTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
