Traveling Superintendent

Our client is a well-established GC specializing in multi-family and brand hotel builds throughout central United States. They are now hiring a Traveling Construction Superintendent for the Colorado Springs, CO area. This will be a direct hire opportunity with full benefits, housing and per diem provided, monthly vehicle allowance, paid trip back home once a month. Base salary: $90K-$120K+ (depending on overall project experience). Duties: -Subcontractor coordination. -Communication with the PM and providing short-term schedules (2 or 3 week "look ahead"). -Prepare daily/weekly reports. -Maintain construction timeline''s. -Labor and material control. -Quality control.
