Participation with complex reviews/audits and/or remediation. Responsible for providing oversight and recommendations for mortgage servicing and risk management on issues and initiatives. Offers guidance, oversight and transparency to servicing Archer issues. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. Participate in internal and external Exam initiatives, working with mortgage servicing business units. This includes preparing loan sample packages for submission to our internal and external audit entities, as needed. Develop and maintain positive working relationships between peers, managers, business partners, such as risk, legal, compliance and our Investors and insurers. Flexibility to adapt to frequently changing priorities and projects. Participate in the monthly Servicing Transaction Risk Monitoring. Become familiar with Servicing processes and related regulatory and investor/insurer guidelines to ensure appropriate support is provided to our business partners. Identify any potential gaps, issues or concerns regarding loan level reviews and escalate appropriately. Become a Subject Matter Expert on defined responsibilities. Required ability to work remotely. Ability to work collaboratively and interact professionally with teammates, internal and external partners.
