Senior Integration Developer

Title Senior Integration Developer LocationALL WORK MUST BE PERFORMED ON SITE (County''s Facilities) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE REFERENCED CONTRACT. Duration1-2 years Description/Role Scope of Work: Under the guidance / direction / supervision of the TEBS Chief Technology Officer, the Contractor will: 1). Support the existing Enterprise Identity Management (IamMCG), Access Management / Single-Sign-On (AccessMCG / SSO), Enterprise Portal ("ePortal") and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions and integrations in accordance with the TEBS Enterprise Architecture and TEBS Strategic Priorities. 2). Support existing iOS and Android mobile apps for MFA 3). Lead the design, development, implementation and enhancement of related technology solutions / service capabilities / integrations. Evaluate and recommend Custom Off The Shelf (COTS), Cloud (Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS)) and/or custom solutions. 4). Implement a new Microsoft based MFA solution.5). Collaborate and communicate effectively with key stakeholders including but not limited to the TEBS Cloud Solution Architect, Chief Information Security Officer, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Enterprise Architect and other key TEBS and Departmental stakeholders. 6). Facilitate communication and cooperation by and between TEBS implementation teams and solution owners to assure timely completion of projects. 7). Develop and effectively communicate concepts and strategies verbally and in writing to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated hands-on experience with the following technologies: Operations and Management using Windows Server and Linux Server Virtualization using Hyper-V Java server-side development using Spring Boot and JSF/CDI frameworks Mobile applications using iOS and Android operating systems Data retention and reporting using Microsoft SQL Server, Pentaho and Crystal Enterprise System Monitoring using Zabbix and tracing tools Munin, NTop and Snort SSO using CAS, J2EE and OpenDJ OAuth2, SAML, and OpenID protocols Enterprise Identity Management using VELO (J2EE) and AirFlow (or similar) Version Control using Subversion, Redmine and Trac Web Server Administration using IIS, Wildfly, Tomcat and Apache Programing using Python/Jython Open Source Technologies such as OpenAM, Meru Container deployment on cluster managers such as Mesos and Kubernetes MFA keyfob integration SMS Text services Workflow/ETL based Data Transfers and Interfaces using Airflow/Pentaho Kettle MFA using Microsoft based solutions - provided by Dice
