Join us, and experience better living at Marvin.Job Purpose:A Quality Auditor ensures that standards of excellence are maintained during the production of components or assembled product. Quality Auditors perform inspections at all stages of production, including reviews of raw materials, manufactured components and finished products. Quality Auditors address a products physical appearance, functionality and composition. Duties also include assessing the procedures that make up the production through process audits. Auditors write assessments and report the number of accepted and rejected products. This information (along with recommendations for fixing defects) are building blocks of the department''s quality metrics, which are presented to production leadership.Essential Functions:Conduct Quality System audits for processes and products. Relay audit information back to the appropriate employees.Reinforce training for standards and specifications associated with their assigned area including wood, metal and glass standards, blueprint reading, gauge operation and standard work procedure implementation and updates.Answer questions from associates in the assigned area regarding manufacturing processes and product.Maintain control of non-conforming product in assigned product group.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredGeneral experience with computers is helpfulAccommodations may be made (whenever reasonable possible) to enable an individual with a disability to perform the essential functions of his/her position.Schedule:2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday; 3:30pm - 2am *Overtime as requiredEOEThis job posting is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities of the employee.
