The IU Health Ball Memorial Home Care RN will provide skilled care in patients homes in Muncie and the surrounding counties. The traditional, complementary, alternative, and holistic services that our Home Care professionals offer add to our patients overall quality of life. Our nurses experience a team approach to serving patients as well as the flexibility and autonomy to do their jobs and provide patients with individualized care. We provide one on one patient centered care and education as well as critical thinking and clinical skills. Examples of the care you will provide include infusions, line care, catheter care, wound care, VAC management, chronic disease process management and education. If nurses meet quality standards and maximize patient-facing hours, they can earn up to $9,100 per year in addition to base salary.Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
