Outpatient Therapist - Full Time Per Diem

This position reports to the Director of Outpatient Services. The successful candidate will complete utilization review both for Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient levels of care in attempts to secure needed authorization for treatment. This position may also facilitate group therapy on the inpatient side of the hospital and complete intake assessments to determine appropriateness for intensive outpatient services.This position will maintain client confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA requirements at all times; Complete all required documentation in a timely manner consistent with hospital, state and regulatory guidelines; Maintain hospital required productivity standards. Location: 6350 S Maple Ave. Tempe, AZ 85283Requirements Licensed in counseling or social services required One year minimum experience completing assessments in a behavioral health setting. One year minimum Counseling experience in a behavioral health setting. One to three years'' experience with utilization review in a behavioral health setting. Must be 21 years of age or older. Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and meet qualifications for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card. Must be flexible with schedule.
