If this sounds like you, then we want you on our team.What Youll DoThe Filing Support Specialist is primarily responsible for assisting in the filing process for Friday Health Plans. This includes current states as well as expansion states. Each state has guidelines and filing deadlines for documents throughout the year, and it is imperative that we are organized and disciplined in order to ensure we meet all of those deadline requirements.Some Specific Things You''ll Work OnAssist with completion and submission of annual form filings and other federal and state-required documents as necessary, ensure marketing material including the schedule of benefits (SOB), summary of benefits and coverage (SBC) and certificate of coverage are accurate, complete and compliant with state and/or federal requirements and URAC standards.Assist with completion of all required federal & state QHP product templates including but not limited to the P&B template, Network template, Service Area template, Prescription Drug template, and Rating Business Rules template.Assist with filing submission in SERFF portals and/or HIOS portals.Assist with responses to federal & state product submission filings as necessary.Assist with collaboration with other operational areas in the development and submission of documentation.Perform other duties as assigned.
