We''re thrilled to bring two companies together that value diversity, professional development and social responsibility.The CRE Analyst III is primarily responsible for providing financial expertise to the CRE Originations team and Underwriters to originate, evaluate and execute high-quality commercial real estate loans for the Bank''s balance sheet.The CRE Analyst III will use fundamental finance and credit skills to calculate property level cash flow, determine appropriate debt amounts and assess the overall credit worthiness of a proposed transaction. The CRE Analyst III will identify, investigate and escalate credit related concerns or questions.The CRE Analyst III will have existing relationships and will develop additional relationships with borrowers, potential borrowers, loan brokers and other individuals that drive commercial real estate loan business to the Bank.The CRE Analyst III will execute transactions independently and will help train and assist more junior analysts.ResponsibilitiesCollect and review information to evaluate individual commercial real estate loan opportunities and provide recommendations to the CRE Originations team and/or Underwriters.Correspond with borrowers and loan brokers to obtain and/or clarify property and borrower related information for new loan origination or existing loan portfolio dependently execute the origination and/or underwriting of new loans.Collect data and prepare special reports for senior plete site visits and attend other events on behalf of the Bank.QualificationsCollege degree or equivalent work experience.5+ years of experience in accounting, finance or real estate.2 or more years of experience in commercial real estate lending with a strong understanding of commercial real estate fundamentalsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills.Self-starter with ability to work independently.Special Position RequirementsSitting for prolonged periodsReading small printComputer for prolonged periods Some job boards have started using jobseeker-reported data to estimate salary ranges for roles.
