Machine Operation - All Shifts

POSITION: MACHINE OPERATORPAY: $17.00 -$20.00 based on experienceLOCATION :Racine, WI, Sturtevant, WI or Franksville, WISHIFT HOURS:1st Shift6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 2nd Shift2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.2:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. Must be flexible for over time and weekendsJOB DESCRIPTION:The Machine operator will work on a climate controlled shop floor doing a variety of machine operations. When not packaging The Machine operator will be asked to do small jobs like running a drill press, tapping machine or general labor work such as cleaning. The Machine operator will Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle The Machine operator will Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed) The Machine operator will Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines The Machine operator will Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools The Machine operator will Test operation of machines periodically The Machine operator will Fix issues that might occur during the shift The Machine operator will Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws The Machine operator will Keep records of approved and defective units or final products The Machine operator will Maintain activity logs pandoRequirements Machine Operation Background Basic shop math skills REQUIRED 1-3 yrs general manufacturing experience REQUIRED Hand eye coordination and attention to detail is required.
