POSITION SUMMARY: Amada Senior Care of Greater Indianapolis is seeking a full-time Care Coordinator who is a team player with high energy and outstanding customer service skills. Our mission is to Enrich the Lives of our Clients and Caregivers. Amada Senior Care is America''s premier provider of in-home care and long-term care claims advocacy. We provide in-home care to seniors to keep them living safely and independently with dignity. The Care Coordinator will be a key point of contact for clients and caregivers and will be responsible for all aspects of client satisfaction, care plan creation and maintenance. We are looking for an individual who is confident, has the highest standards of integrity and can communicate compassionately and effectively to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Candidates applying for this position must be highly organized, work well independently and maintain a friendly, positive, and professional outlook. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrate support for Amada Senior Care''s mission statement to promote quality, efficient and comprehensive in-home care service Provide superb customer service, follow-through and accountability to clients, caregivers and the business Serve as a mentor and lead the orientation and continuing education of caregivers through online CEUs, live presentations, invited speakers, etc. Serve as a key initial contact for new clients during the New Client Intake process through the creation and maintenance of individualized client care plans Complete client satisfaction surveys with clients and families in their homes and take appropriate action to ensure improved or continued satisfaction Ensure compliance with Amada Senior Care policies, procedures and documentation requirements As needed, assist with the day-to-day scheduling, coordinating and matching of clients and caregiver assignments SALARY: $33,000.00 to $37,000.00 /year REQUIRED EDUCATION: High School or equivalent PAID TIME OFF (PTO): 2 weeks/year (after 3 months of employment)
