Project Manager

SES Group of Companies LLCWe are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in the greater Seattle/Tacoma, WA area. We need a team player paving the way to a successful construction project. The ideal candidate is experienced working with The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and has exceptional leadership skills. We provide leadership opportunities which include management of multiple projects, staff, and nationwide estimating across locales and coordination with team members nationwide.ResponsibilitiesDevelop project objectives by reviewing project RFP and plans; conferring with executives when neededPlan, organize, schedule, and efficiently manage labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors in accordance with contract time and the established budgetDevelop and maintain effective relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and owners throughout the projectLead analysis and buyout of subcontracts, labor, material, and equipmentMonitor project closely to proactively address out-of-scope work requests, unforeseen conditions, and time impacts and promptly resolve with the ownerPrepare and review project budgets and cost estimatesWork with superintendents, and stakeholders, and develop the CPM baseline project schedule in accordance with contract documentsQualificationsBachelor''s degree in Construction Management and/or 5+ years of Federal/DoD ConstructionProject management experienceExperience with RS Means3+ years of working experience in the Federal construction realmAdvanced knowledge of construction principles/practices requiredExperience leading successful project teams, including the development of employees and maintaining relationships with external entitiesA track record of sound judgment and success in completing projects on time and on budgetAbility to communicate verbally clearly and succinctly and in writingPushed by a sense of urgency, methodical, and well-organizedCompensation $125,000 - $140,000 About SES Group of Companies LLCSES Group of Companies LLC LEADS the way to a sustainable future for all stakeholders via our leadership (L), excellence (E), accountability (A), dedication (D), and safety (S).
