Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Acquisition Cybersecurity Specialist supporting the Space Systems Command (SSC) Military Communication and Positioning, Navigation and Timing Directorate (CG) in the United States Space Force. This position will support the SSC/CG program office as it rapidly premier capabilities resilient to the threat by the relentless pursuit of warfighter needs and acquisition excellence. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: * Provide support the Government with Acquisition Systems Program Security to include Personnel Security, Industrial Security, Operations Security, Information Security, Sensitive Compartmented Information, Communications Security, and Physical Security, in accordance with (IAW) the Task Order Management Plan (TOMP). Support Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) for future NBSC beyond projected MUOS End of Life (EOL). * Support annual Air Force-level Inspections of the Contractor''s area of responsibility, to include the Air Force Inspector General, Higher Quarters Air Force Space Command Inspector General, Air Force Audit Agency Inspections, Space and Missile Systems Center Integrated Program Reviews * Review government Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP) submissions for accuracy to facilitate initial investigations, periodic reinvestigations, and security clearance upgrades as well as interim security clearance approvals. * Conducts and documents initial Newcomer Security Orientation training for Government and support Contractors and annual security refresher training to assigned personnel with security clearances. * Responsible for the accountability of all GSA security containers for the storage of classified material and provide training personnel on responsibilities for marking, storing, accessing, handling, securing, and destroying classified material IAW DoDM 5200.01 V1-4 and AFI 16-1404. * Serves as a focal point for personnel in/out-processing, management, control and processing of Automated Entry Control Cards (AECCs), Restricted Area badges, organizational visitor badges, requests for Common Access Cards (CAC), DoD and Air Force unclassified and classified information system access requests, Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreements, and Security Termination Statements IAW local procedures at LAAFB. * Manages DoD contractor access by maintaining contract specific industrial security files, validating accuracy of Visit Authorization Letters, Visitor Group Support Agreements, and developing, coordinating DD Form 254s, Contract Security Classification Specification, for classified contracts to confirm each prime and subcontractor''s Facility Security Clearance level is appropriate for the level of information required to be handled and processed by the contractor facility CAGE Code and appropriate industrial security requirements are outlined and approved by cognizant security offices. * Possess familiarity and experience working in Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), to validate clearances, assist with Visitor Authorization Requests (VARs) for personnel visiting the GPS program or assigned GPS personnel visiting other organizations. * Monitor, review and track reporting requirements of security deficiencies, violations and compromises to verify prompt corrective actions are accomplished as needed IAW DoD 5220.22-R, DoD 5220.22-M, DoDM 5200.01 V1-4, AFI 16-1404, AFMAN 16-1405, AFI 16-1406 * Implement the directorate OPSEC Policy and verify OPSEC is incorporated into organizational plans, exercises and activities IAW DoDD 5205.02E, AFI 10-701 * Plan, coordinate and conduct OPSEC assessments annually and report findings IAW DoDD 5205.02E, AFI 10-701 * Accomplish end of day security checklist for classified rooms and containers. * Assist with the development and update of any International Program Security or Program Protection Plan (PPP) related requirements for early critical technology test and evaluation activities to include (as required): * Develop and update the Counterintelligence Support Plan (CISP), Integrated Threat Assessment, and review the System Threat and Analysis Reports annually, provide written summaries and incorporate threat changes and countermeasures into the PPP. * Review and updates to the Anti-Tamper Plan (ATP). * Review and update to the Security Classification Guide (SCG). * Review and update top the Technology Assessment and Control Plan (TA/CP) * Review and update to the System Security Engineering Management Plan (SSEMP) * Review acquisition documents for compliance with Critical Program Information (CPI) and Critical Components protection requirements. * Conduct regular contractor site visits to evaluate the design, implementation and verification of system security. * Develop, publish and maintain a PPP matrix that identifies current status for required. * Coordinate and synchronize PPP requirements with Portfolio Architect Cybersecurity efforts for maximum traceability. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance : Must have and be able to maintain an active Top Secret / SCI Education: Master''s degree or higher in a relevant cybersecurity degree * 10+ years prior experience within the acquisition cyber security experience, preferably within USSF Preferred Experience: Preferred Education: Ph.D. in related cybersecurity field Preferred Certification: CompTIA Security+ certification * Prior USAF or USSF acquisition, development, sustainment experience preferably within the security requirements domain * Experience with NISPOM Security Requirements * Experience with a working/operating in a SCIF environment Additional Information: * Duty location is on a Space Force Base (Gov''t Site) * Occasional travel within the CONUS LI-JH1 Company Overview Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, is an innovative small business committed to providing world-class technical, management, and training support services to government and public sector clients.
