JeffreyM is looking for a Senior Community Manager to own the strategy for our community engagement with our Fortune 500 client. The Senior Community Manager will develop a strategy for community engagement, allowing us to build strong, healthy and inclusive relationships with our players. They will work with our established Community Team to translate strategy into tactics and monitor our success through player sentiment and feedback. We''re seeking someone truly passionate about understanding our audience and about ensuring our channels and engagement ensure we''re delivering great experiences and interactions for them. Stakeholder management, creative problem-solving, and communication will be key to the role, especially paired with internal and cross-functional relationship-building to ensure continued program growth.***This is a contract role until June 30, 2023 with a likelihood of extension**ResponsibilitiesWorking with team director to establish engagement strategyWork with team of Community Managers to translate strategy into tacticsReporting on player feedback and sentiment to wider team to track player satisfactionEstablishing policies around player engagement for inclusion, safety and trustWorking with cross-development stakeholders to understand their reporting needsWorking closely with the rest of the Customer Voice org (Customer Support, Web and Flighting) to align planning, reporting and tasks to ensure engagement features across the orgWork with player feedback councils to gather feedback and make recommendations to game teams Qualifications3+ years working in Community Management, with some people management experienceAn effective and inclusive collaborator who embraces feedback and can drive with stakeholders for goalsStrong analytical, problem resolution, and decision-making skillsGreat communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaboratively arrive at solutions while working with all the stakeholdersStrong understanding of gaming communities and community relationshipsPassion for understanding our audience and creating great customer experienceCommunity platform experience - Discord, Forums, SteamExperience with project management tools, such as Azure DevOps, ClickUp and Confluence a plus
