The facility specializes in both low volume / high mix and high-volume production that has a combination of automated processes as well as labor intensive manufacturing. Pike County Operations has a manufacturing workforce that is supported by a strong engineering and operations support team.Responsibilities include: Planning activities associated with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions in support of a final assembly and test production operation. These activities include maintaining production system integrity, inventory accuracy and driving optimization. Coordinates with manufacturing, engineering, quality, program and site Production Planning & Control (PP&C) stakeholders to provide shop floor control on make parts. Coordinates with supply chain stakeholders to determine appropriate time phased plans for parts and executes processes to ensure deliverables meet production schedule requirements. Participates in change board process to coordinate changes to the BOM and impact to inventory and manufacturing processes with engineering.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience / combined education. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance and obtain an interim secret clearance prior to starting. Working knowledge of Material Resource Planning, Warehouse Management and Manufacturing Execution Systems Experience communicating with peers, leadership, and internal customers effectively on multiple platforms (face-to-face, virtually, email, Skype, etc.) Valid driver''s license **Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (''ATF'') background check to obtain approval to be an ''employee possessor'' (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations.
