RESPONSIBILITIES:Must support Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and Operations efforts involving GMP/GDP regional standards from paper to electronic systems and, perform Validations and QualificationsMust participate in vendor oversight activities and partner with key contacts at external suppliers to ensure relevant and applicable outcomes from quality & manufacturing systems, such as batch records, deviation investigations, Change Controls, Validations, Annual Product Reviews (APRs), and product dispositions are robust to ensure product quality.The Quality Compliance Manager must assist with internal audits, including audit plans and reports, review and evaluate internal audit responses, ensure Internal Auditing maintains compliance to identify site items requiring remediation.Must be responsible for creating and maintaining Quality standards and policies to maintain GMP/GDP compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and regulatory practices.Monitor, track quality metrics at regional level, identify the minimum baseline training requirements for all personnel at the plant and ensure that the change control program is effective and efficient. The Quality Compliance Manager must participate in FDA inspections, ISO certifications, surveillance audits, and customer audits, identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement, including document revisions to maintain accurate SOPs, standards, and policies.Must provide compliance support to various departments as needed (e.g., engineering, product development, etc.).Communicate with the Quality Director actively to ensure that potential quality issues are identified, and that support is provided to resolve them.QUALIFICATIONS:● The Quality Compliance Manager must have knowledge and experience of GMP''s, FDA, EU, and other regulatory agency requirements ● Must have experience in Technical, Regulatory or QA roles working with API, pharmaceuticals, sterile manufacturing, or QC laboratory experience.● Must have experience with 3rd party vendor management and the application of Quality Systems in manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution sector.● Knowledge and experience with quality and risk management principles and tools is a must● Must have knowledge of regulatory requirements including biological product and facility licensing requirements.● Must be willing to travel up to 25¾NEFITS: ● Medical Insurance● Dental Insurance● Vision Insurance ● Direct Hire ● 401k● Paid time off Ask for: Amrita Mukherjee Job ID: Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
